The Maternity Benefits (Amendment) Act of 2017 was passed in the month of March 2017,had received an assent from the President of India but was left with many open ended questions.
However, the Haryana Government on the 2nd of August, 2018, has come out with notification rules under the Maternity Benefit (Amended) Act, 2017, for providing creche facilities
We offer the following day care engagement models for corporate:
- Onsite facilities: We assist set up a center at your offices and operate it as well. The timings, staffing requirements etc. can be personalized as per your requirements.
- Near-site non-exclusive facility: We set up a center near your office premises, with the majority of seats blocked for your employees. The rest of the seats will be offered to other corporate/direct admissions.
- Blocking seats: The corporate underwrites seats in the center in favor of their employees.
- No Blocking seats: The corporate may sign an agreement for daycare facility to be availed by the employees as and when required.
